Co-founder, Rescuing Leftover Cuisine
Co-founder of Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, a national nonprofit organization that crowdsources transportation of excess food to human services agencies through a web application. Robert is a native New Yorker with a Korean family heritage who grew up from a humble background. He graduated cum laude from New York University as a Gates Millennium Scholar. While at NYU, Robert also was involved in a club that delivered leftover dining hall food to homeless shelters. After graduating, Robert worked at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in Asset Management before leaving his career to continue his passion of reducing food waste by co-founding Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, Inc.
